What areas do you cover?
We're based in Vacaville and work across Solano, Sacramento, Yolo, Contra Costa, Napa, and Sonoma counties. That includes Fairfield, Davis, Dixon, Vallejo, Benicia, Suisun City, Winters, Woodland, and the towns around them.
Do you charge more if I'm farther out?
We'll tell you up front if travel affects the price. Most of our service area is covered with no surprise fees.
Can you cover more than one location under one account?
Yes. If you run multiple sites, we can put them on a single monitoring agreement so it's easier to manage and bill.
