Common questions
Can I issue credentials remotely?
Yes. With EntraPass Go, you can issue mobile credentials, change permissions, or revoke access from a browser or app — wherever you are. New hires get access on their first day without you handing them a physical card.
What happens if someone loses their card?
Log in, revoke that credential, issue a new one. The lost card no longer works. No rekeying, no replaced locks.
Does the system work if our internet goes down?
Yes. The local controllers continue to authenticate credentials at each door. The cloud platform syncs back up once internet is restored. Audit logs are kept locally and uploaded when connectivity returns.
Can we integrate access with our cameras?
Yes. When access control and video are deployed together, every door read can be paired with the camera covering that door. Useful for verifying that the person who badged in matches the credential.
